Meet Frank
Raised in Westmoreland County, Frank graduated from Hempfield Area High School in 1999. With an avid interest in serving the public, he attended West Virginia University and graduated with a Bachelor of the Arts in Political Science (Pre-Law) Cum Laude.
In the time after graduating college, Frank has served as Hempfield Twp. Auditor from 2006-07, served on the Board of Directors at West Overton Museums from 2008-11, becoming Treasurer of West Overton in 2010, served as the Westmoreland County Jury Commissioner from 2009-2011 receiving more votes than any contested row office official and was elected to the office of Recorder of Deeds in 2011 receiving the second highest amount of votes among the row office candidates.
Frank is currently a member of the NRA, the Republican State Committee, and the Westmoreland County Republican Committee (2004-Present). He is pro-life, and is an ordained elder in the Presbyterian Church. Frank currently resides in the City of Greensburg with his wife Alexis and their two children Virginia and Paul.
His goals as Recorder of Deeds are to provide the best possible service for the lowest possible cost, keep the office up-to-date and current with changes in technology, be a strong fiscal conservative, and devote a full-time focus on the responsibilities of this position.
